We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (M/F) to attract potential customers, to answer their questions about Products and Services and to suggest more information about different business topics. They should be able to prepare the Customer’s file, fulfill their needs and to gain their satisfaction. To move on with this job, you have to remain calm when customers are frustrated and to try calming them down.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- ★ Respond immediately to Customer’s inquiries.
- ★ To acknowledge Customer complaints and resolve them.
- ★ Process customer adjustments and maintain their financial accounts.
- ★ Manage big amounts of incoming calls.
- ★ Provide accurate complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- ★ Working under pressure and ready for overtime hours.
- ★ To keep records of customer comments, complains and interactions.
SKILLS
- ★ At least, have a general education degree or equivalent.
- ★ Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Excel,..).
- ★ Proven customer support experience
- ★ Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ★ Previous knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- ★ Product, Market knowledge and have multitasking skills.
- ★ Active listening and Phone contact handling skills.
Location: Katmandu, Nepal
Shift Timing: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
