1. Contact us with your project requirements and specifications
You will first contact us through our website contact form of service; there you will fill the services you want to outsource, list your outsourcing project requirements and tools specifications. We will then get back to our resources bring everything together and assess how much we can offer depending on your requirements and specifications as we always look to optimum service provision. So, this step will be evaluating if we have and can offer the rightly required professional(s) for the task as well as the resources they will need as specified in the inquiry form. If we meet your requirements we will suggest moving on, otherwise, we will provide alternatives including possibility of looking for a better third party for your project.
2. We will assemble the matching professional(s) with your requirements for the task
After seeing that we have all the working tools in your specifications which is the most common case with us, we will go ahead and match up the most suitable professional for your project. If you will need to interview the employee personally you will also have access to that.
3. Finalise contract agreement and making payment
After the match up or interview process if you would require, we will proceed to finalise the hiring process and enter administrative talks with us. We will open door to discuss on the length of the contract, work around your budget and agree on the costs including all our services we offer which can be seen here as well as other parts of the contract such as contract termination terms. After this step, the contract is to guide every service and the entire project and can only be terminated through the terms agreed upon.
4. Get underway with the project
You will then give work instructions to the professional(s) directly. If you employed a team then you will communicate with the team leader directly and frequently who will make sure all the employees do the work as agreed on. Our HR executive too will be responsible for monitoring their working time to ensure effectiveness in their work. Progress reports are to be delivered by the team leader frequently to make it easy for you following up on each one of them
