We are looking for a Call center Executive who is flaunted with multi-able languages such as (Hindi, English, German, Persian, Chinese, Arabic). As a Call Center Agent, you will communicate with our Customers building respectful and friendly bridges with them. Recording calls and storing them into our Database. The successful candidate wants to be able to take ownership of customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- ★ Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- ★ Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database.
- ★ answering the online inquiries by phone, whereby each customer gets friendly and competent support from you
- ★ Attending educational conferences to improve knowledge and performance levels.
- ★ Meeting personal/team quantitative and qualitative targets.
SKILLS
- ★ Previous experience in a customer support role.
- ★ Knowledge and experience of CRM systems.
- ★ At least have a BS degree.
- ★ Ability to set priorities and multitask and have time-management skills.
- ★ Multilingual

Shift Timing: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
